Return & Refund Policy – Timber Creek Beef
At Timber Creek Beef, your satisfaction matters to us. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a few specific guidelines in place to ensure quality and fairness.
Perishable Items (Beef & Food Products)
All beef and food products are non-returnable and non-refundable once they leave our facility. We take great care in packaging and shipping your order with insulation and temperature control to maintain peak freshness. As such, we cannot accept returns on these items unless there is a quality issue or order error on our part.
If you received the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged or compromised, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at manager@timbercreekbeef.com. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your package is damaged, thawed beyond safe temperatures, or missing items, let us know within 24 hours so we can make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

Perishable food items (including all beef products)

Sale items or gift cards

Custom or special orders
Refunds (If Applicable)
Approved refunds (due to shipping errors or product issues) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at manager@timbercreekbeef.com.
